Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Claims by customer must be submitted to the1265collection@gmail.com within 2 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address: If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and customer will be notified and charged for the new shipping. No refunds/returns are eligible for this type of incident.

Sizing: Size exchanges are available dependent on specific order situation. Customer is to contact the1265collection@gmail.com with new size no later than 2 days after delivery date. Shipping of returned item and new item will be at customer’s expense.
